"Great option for us as had medical appointments and catching up with those in the area. Surprisingly quiet and spacious. Will stay there again."

"Parking is only available at back of Hotel which is not accessible before 10am and after 10pm on Sunday nights. It is a fair distance to walk around the back of hotel to car if downstairs is closed to back car park. Bad weather would also be challenging in this instance. Also two flights of stairs to rooms might be challenging to people with mobility issues. Loud music till around midnight downstairs on Friday and Saturday nights can clearly be heard upstairs in Room 11. "

"Very comfy bed, though unfortunately the “lake views” included views of the skip bins and the burnt out house next door. Old bird poo not cleaned up on the balcony."

"Somewhat thin walls, I could hear next door's kids shouting at 6am. The parking bays do not match with the front doors of the rooms, leading to people parking in other's designated spots. The signs need to be clearer."

" Rooms have been upgraded with new bathrooms and furnishings making them feel modern and fresh. When visiting family we stay in the balcony rooms which have a nice view of the lake. Quiet location yet walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff have always been friendly and helpful"

I requested a call back but no call back, and also, I sent an email but no reply. Made me question the legitimacy of my booking. But overall, the experience was great. "
