"It was a nice place to stay with families. Breakfast was very nice except coffee system. It’s big hotel but room was noisy. In bathroom, there wasn’t hand washing soap. Every time we need to use from body washing soap because it’s all open systems bathroom. "

"Even though the weather was atrocious poured from the minute we got there to after we left there was still plenty to do around the hotel and local Westfields. My kids still swam regardless of the weather. The pool and spa was a big winner. The Chophouse grill was stand out. We will definitely be back there again. "

"We arrived early and the very friendly receptionist allowed us to check in. Our room was on level 5 facing the harbor, it was interesting watching the ships enter Newcastle Port. There is car parking under the building with an overflow outdoor section. Our only issue was a very small room fridge without a freezer. The bar staff gave us ice when we asked for it. All of the hotel staff were polite and professional. "
