"My stay at Holiday Inn Blackpool was amazing I was so impressed with the welcome I received from Ricky on reception. I had just completed an 8 hour journey to see my mum in hospital and he went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The room I was given was so lovely that I wished I could have stayed much longer. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect and all the staff were helful and friendly. I recommend this hotel and will definately book to stay...

"I have stayed here before so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and leaving the review at four stars based on previous experience rather than this particular experience. The room was clean and comfortable but there were issues. The bathroom window latch was broken so could not be closed. The waste basket was also broken. I had booked a double room but was only given one bath towel. I went to reception to ask for a second towel and this was never delivered."

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the rusmins hotel blackpool and the staff ate brilliant they will do anything for you . The hotel.itself is clean and tidy and the enyertainment is brilliant we would definitely recommend . The only thing this time was we stayed in room 2 lower floor as i do struggle going upstairs and room was fine including bathroom apart from an all day noise from the kitchen extractor fans nearby came on really early mor ing so kept waking us up but did go off 7 to 8pm...

"Wen we arrived we had paid more to upgrade to a sea view my self and my daughter but rooms was not ready we then got our rooms and they was disgusting not even sea view bits all over the floor looked as though bed had not been made proper but they swapped them rooms was clean and lovely but ours was on the 4th floor and I had already said low floor so was not happy as I have a bad leg and hip and will not use lifts so was not happy over all entertainment was good parking was hard to find a space...

We had an a fabulous time and the children were kept busy the whole time.
