"Very good location but expensive."

"The shower was inadequate— no hot water. We let the front desk know and they were very sweet and moved us to a new room. Unfortunately, that room also had no hot water. So we had to deal with barely warm/cold showers for the entire stay… and for the price of the hotel per night this seemed unreasonable. The hotel staff acknowledged that there had been other complaints and that they were looking into it. We had to dispute a charge for being upgrade for the inconvenience which was taken care of...
