"The property had a lazy river, pools and hot tubs which my kids loved. It was also a beach front property. Everything is in walking distance which we loved. The airport is only about ten mins away so an uber ride to and from the airport was under 50.00. We did not need to rent a car which saved us some money. The check in was easy and communication with the property was also easy. We would rate the hotel and our vacation a 10/10! "

"The house was lovely. The porch was so nice to sit on and relax. I actually cooked there, and usually NEVER cook while on vacation. The kitchen had everything I needed. "

"Our family (two parents, two boys - 6 and 8) had a great stay. The house is right off King but the neighborhood itself is just as charming. There was good space for the kids and the bathrooms and beds were well maintained. I would recommend they update the key lock box in the future to make check-in/checkout easier and add a bit more security to a stay. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The property was just as listed. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. The location was very close and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk with shopping, an arcade, restaurants, and ice cream shops! The kitchen was fully equipped which made the stay even better. I highly recommend this home for you next stay at Carolina Beach. "

"We had an amazing stay at the Swell Cottage. Everything was better than advertised. The location was perfect - just steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. The beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, boards, toys, mats, cooler etc.) made our beach vacation seamless. This was the first time we didn’t have to buy or rent things for the week. Lynn communicated everything clearly and was so geneelus. We can’t wait to return next...

"Me and my wife stayed for a few days to get away from everything and this place is really nice. Its very roomy and clean with some great vibes. I love to be able to cook when im on vacation and this place had everything i needed, i even got to grill out one night on the really nice grill out on the deck. If we stay in Emerald Isle again we will definitely be staying here."

"The house was clean and very suited for our family get together. We did have problems with the elevator and the A/C on the upper floors but after notifying the owners, both problems were eventually fixed. "
