"This hotel is very convenient for Heathrow Airport. I have stayed there for early morning flights or for a late arrival. Nice bar and restaurant is very good for breakfast buffet. "

"Check in staff was amazing, one of the most helpful and friendly experience I've ever had in a hotel. Rooms are very small and basic but ok for one night stay. My only issue really was the mattress, a bit uncomfortable. "

"Comfortable bed, shower and bathroom facilities good. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately nowhere to stretch one's legs as it is at the airport. At the end of a long journey it is a good place to rest and recuperate. "

"Arrived at 245p. Received a room that was part of the CATEGORY of what we ordered but was smaller than we expected. Alex and Anastasia were able to accommodate us to a bigger room in the same CATEGORY as what we ordered which was awesome. The room was clean, however there were ants that would crawl out of their holes and into our room during our entire stay. We simply texted the housekeeping to clean it, and they did promptly. The breakfast was included; we ordered whatever we liked each day...

"I read the reviews prior to booking at the property. Some of the reviews were accurate and others were not. I found that: -There is limited access to get from the terminal to the hotel. The Pods in terminal 5 were the easiest transportation to/from the hotel. Just know the Pods are completely driverless on a predetermined track (think of a Disneyland ride without all of the effects) and they need to charge and have to reboot. I did have to wait once for a Pod to reboot prior to entering....

"I like staff members they serve in reception. Room is large , good double bed , but sofa bed isn’t comfortable, toilet is clean , beds clean is fine but room carpet is not clean. We always used holidays inn. But here we are not satisfied with room floor cleaning. "

The room was clean, however there were ants that would crawl out of their holes and into our room during our entire stay. We simply texted the housekeeping to clean it, and they did promptly. The breakfast was included; we ordered whatever we liked each day after scheduling a time with Anastasia. We are from the states so we got eggs everyday. This location was extremely nice; we had a private pool right outside our room which overlooked the ocean and volcanos—beautiful. It was about a 15-20minute walk from Fira square which had all the street foods, store, and bus route. "
