The location was good, just around the corner from Marutamachi underground station, linking to main Kyoto station via the Karasuma line. "Relatively new hotel so everything was fresh, clean and new. Breakfast was a mix of western style and japanese so everyone well catered for. Staff were friendly, helpful and understood English. Walking distance to trains. Buses close to hotel door. "

Central to shops and restaurants with a FREE breakfast at the hotel as part of the booking and what a breakfast enough to say we didn't need to stop for lunch.
