"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, in all areas including room cleanliness and organization, customer service (amazing), a quiet room, relaxed atmosphere, excellent breakfast (Japanese or American, served at the table, plus an extensive buffet, all items fresh and delicious. Location is amazing, 5m walk to a metro station and right across the street from Nijojo castle which was one of the best things we have seen in Japan."
