"I struggled with my case up the steep stairs to the entrance .i am 75 yes old and have a neck and back problem.My heart problem did play up after booking in .Hiwever we love the hotel and the upgrade was very nice .My wife was not very well and could not help with the situation "

"Executive room was large, clean, very comfortable with a great view of the Bristol Channel. Lovely bathroom. Very relaxing. Comfortable, king sized bed but pillows were very hard. Didn't like being woken at 7am each morning of our stay with the clatter and bangs of the breakfast room above! Lovely outdoor seating areas with fantastic water views. "
