"Outstanding location for a quiet stay. Very good food and service. If you want to stay the rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished. Super bathroom with walkin shower. Excellent parking facilities."

"We used this hotel while walking the nearby Kennet & Avon Canal path. Friendly welcome. The room was spacious; the bed amazingly comfortable. Despite facing a main road, there was no road noise whatsoever due to the efficient triple glazing. A fridge would have been handy, but not a biggie. Room and bathroom very clean. Evening dinner and breakfast very good - tasty and fairly priced. Overall excellent value and would happily recommend and would use again if in the area."
