"Like that the airport limo bus runs right into Oimachi, also appreciate the hotel luggage storage and location right next to station and Ito Yokado store. Many restaurants to enjoy in the area. Onsen is available for 500 yen, it has gotten a lot more crowded and morning opening not until 6:30-8:30 (my only gripes)but otherwise it is a great spa onsen. "

"This hotel is lovely and very close to Narita. A shuttle is offered, be aware that it stops running prior to late flight arrival. The room was nice and clean, not huge, but large enough to get around the bed without running into things. The breakfast was excellent!!! They had a good variety of items and the beef was the best meat I had tasted in months."

"I loved my stay here! It was very close to the bus and station. There were a few shopping malls within walking distance, which I fully took advantage of. This is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting Tokyo to explore. However, there was one issue that I could not overlook. One day when returning to the room, I turned on the bathroom light to find a roach crawling on the mirror which quickly ran behind it. I didn't see other critters thereafter but wasn't too happy to see that crawling near...

"Access to malls and station is very convenient. There are quite a number of restaurants, a supermarket, Daiso, Matsumoto, etc. The 24-hour Lawson is just outside the hotel. The hotel should consider changing the sofa and carpet. Look old. Also provide more electrical points. "

"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. "Great hotel location in Shin-Yokohama. Breakfast item is same daily during my stay. There are restaurants nearby and close to Shin-Yokohama train station. However, train ride to Tokyo takes about 50 mins and 15 mins to Yokohama area. If you want to save some money and don't mind the train ride time, I recommend this hotel. "

"We were an easy 5 min walk from Tamachi Station, so useful. The breakfast had lots of variety to suit everyone’s taste. Loved free coffee and tea in reception as well as extra goodies , eg toothbrush and paste, razor, wash clothes etc. very handy for travelling. Great restaurant across the road as well as large supermarket, Life, near the station. Bed super comfortable, bathroom was ok. Fridge added bonus. Would stay there again. "

Improvement suggestions

"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "
