"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."

Being above Higobashi station makes it easy to reach both Osaka station (airport express transit) and Namba station for Dotonbori. 9 minute walk to Yodoyabashi station to reach Shin-Osaka (shinkansen) is also fantastic. Amenities like towels, toothpaste, and disposable coffee cups were left in a bag on the door daily around cleaning time so I always had a fresh set, and the room...

"Overall a phenomenal experience. Great room we stayed with a city view. Only downside is the parking area is not on-site; has to walk 2 blocks not ideal during inclement weather loading or off loading your personal gear and family members. Hotel rate is a bit pricy as compare to other within the area. "

The room was small however we knew what we were signing up for and it worked for our needs. Checkin and out was smooth, cant comment on communication too much as we had no issues during our stay so it wasnt necessary. My partner and I would both happily stay here again. "
