"I was very pleased with the roomI had booked. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A tiny drawback was limited hot water from the wash basin. However the building is an old one and there was a notice advising if the hotel was busy I may have to wait a short time for hot water so I did not mind this. A shower next morning was great. Breakfast was good too. The gentleman on Reception was excellent, informative and extremely hee Royal when I return to Bath in the future. Thank you."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. The room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. The only criticism was that the mattress was a tad too hard for our liking but that's a personal taste. Apart from that, everything was excellent including the breakfast. Can't wait to stay here again. "

"Was perfect for our one night stay. We’d booked a treat dinner in bath, at Menu Gordon Jones - highly recommend - and this spot was great for driving in and out of bath. Everything was great, didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. Only downside is the property is a bit noisy, can hear every footstep from upstairs and we were situation on ground floor near the ladies bathroom, so could hear the hand dryer every time I got used. "The hotel and grounds were very cool and quirky. Lots of unusual artwork which gave it a great atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding, absolutely delicious and Marco showed an appearance. The staff in the restaurant are friendly and provide a great service.
