"The Chancellor Hotel had charm and the staff were very nice. Cookies, coffee/tea available in the lobby. Popcorn was made each evening. Alicia in the lounge was such a treasure - she took time to visit with us and make us feel very welcome. The hotel is close to the BART (which we took from the airport), the LRT and the cable cars. "We loved staying there for my moms birthday! There's was just an issue with parking haha it's narrow and you would have to becareful w/other people parking. Some don't know how to park and will double park or will park at an angle. Makes it hard on us to exit our vehicle. "

"We stayed at this hotel over the recent weekend as we were in town for a concert. Pros - -we arrived at noon due to an early flight and they were able to get us in early. Much appreciated! -We engaged with staff all over the hotel and they were all very nice and eager to assist with any issues we had -Cafe in the hotel had decent food and the prices were reasonable -The area in general is a dump, but the grounds inside the fenced in grounds are pretty nice and enjoyable to relax in. "Great location, walkable, just a short ride to the chase center, the walls were a bit thin as we could hear the elevator and people in the hall. Our stay was enjoyable. "

"First off parking is a nightmare! We got in town about 1:30p and all parking spots for the hotel we taken, we had to park around the corner and down the street. Hotel and staff we nice and welcoming. The A/C in our room didn’t work well so we were super hot all night but we survived. Breakfast was your typical hotel complimentary breakfast nothing special. Roof top bar are we neat. All in all would stay again if needed to. "
