Room service does well and was very comfortable with bedding and amenities. The hot breakfast left nothing to desire more. I will now only use Hilton hotels ! "

"They have always been so kind and the facility is always clean (and still is). I had to ask for towels and wash cloths the last couple of visits, which I found odd. But they didn’t question it and apologized. I will still return for my visits. Always clean, beds are so comfortable, room is spacious. Area is safe and easy access to medical center and eating places"

"This rating would have gotten an EXCELLENT. How we, the shower in room 821 was nearly inoperable. The lever does not stop the water from the spout, causing the water to fill up the tub while showering. It was difficult to navigate as our son is neurodivergent and expressed difficulty. With this repaired our stay would have been magnificent!! "
