"The elevators needs to be fixed. There was only 1 elevator working and they have a total of 3. The one working was almost giving out. We told the receptionist in front about the problem and she said she was going to have to put a not working sign on it. "

"The only thing wrong was the heat/ac unit. Not work well. Other than that - great. We always stay there when we travel to see my b relatives"

"Older hotel but clean. Took about 20 tries to get the hotel to answer the phone to get the airport shuttle. Breakfast was poor. Watery powdered eggs. Staff was pleasant. Denny's is about a 10-minute walk down a sketchy street. Price was reasonable. Shuttle back to the airport was on time. The bed was horrible. I didn't think anyone used old coil spring mattresses that squeak anymore."

"The staff person that was working with the breakfast, noticed I had a cane and brought me a box to place the food and drink. I didn't ask for anything. She noticed that it would be easier for me to take the food back to my room. I really appreciated that."

"Was not expecting to pay for parking but overall nice stay! Loved breakfast , and my little girl loved the pink waffles! Thank you."
