We started off in block 6 with no hot water for 3 days, we went to the desk and complained a few times and they finally moved us to block 3 with an ocean view, The buffets were ok a large variety of food. "We have been to PV many times but this was the first time at this resort. It is not a huge resort but just the right size and they had great shows at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming-especially Renee(greeted us right away) Fabian and Cristhian at Italian restaurant. Dalia lobby bar AMAZING and Alejandra at the pool bar by the adult pool. They were doing some renovations at the time but nothing to annoy you, only downfall was that a few bars and restaurants were not open due to this....

"It was really well run and managed. Clean very nice rooms. Well maintained. Food was excellent. The only negative is maid did not restock fridge water or coffee etc. They did not have it in their cart. I would go back. I loved every time we came back from excursion the lobby bell boy would say" welcome home". It always made us feel welcome. If you are all inclusive do not write any tip on the bill. We always tipped in cash but if you note this on receipt you will owe this at the end. No one...

"We had a good experience at this resort. The food was good, buffet dinner options changed daily. The reserved restaurant dinners we tried were delicious from appetizer, main course, to dessert. Pools were nice and warm. Beach was nice. The best drinks came from the beach bar. Only down side is if you are sharing the suite with others the bathroom/shower doors are a bit see through so that was a bit of a struggle. Overall we hada very good experience at this resort."
