"Our stay was a very nice experience in a beautiful town, but we had two issues at this facility: 1. the internet was very spotty (we were promised a partial refund but never received it) 2. the common dining area was not left too clean by other guests. Otherwise, it was decent value for money, very conveniently located, especially being so close to the spectacular gondola rides that give the best views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains."

"Our host Vicki and her team were delightful and very helpful. After checking in, Vicki grabbed an umbrella as it was raining and walked with me back to the car to help us get our luggage. It's the first accommodation ever that the host told us not to do the dishes.. "you're on holiday, you shouldn't have to do dishes, we'll give you clean crockery & cutlery each morning." Exceptional. "The property is beautifully located. However, the staff is non responsive. Despite my daily requests to add shampoo (my only request during the stay), it was not provided. The shampoo bottles stayed empty until the end. "
