Both went above and beyond within 5 minutes of our arrival; we were able to check-in a bit early, and I thought I had left my credit cards at a nearby pub and Sarah was on the phone immediately to help me retrieve them. "Overall it was a good stay and the location is not too far from the city centre. An area I think could do with some improvement is the noise. The windows weren’t blocking much noise and the floors are quite squeaky. We were able to sleep well overall, but the noise can wake you up."
