"We stayed her during the Bath Christmas markets. The hotel was great. The room was excellent, very clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but still nice enough. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The complimentary umbrellas by the front door were a nice touch. "Due to all the diversions and road closures, it took us over 2 hours to get to the property from University of Bath. We called the Hotel a couple of times to get directions and they were very helpful. The young lady that checked us in was very polite and friendly."

"We were only there one night during Storm Darragh so didnt use the restaurant or bar, so can only comment on the room which was very nice with a lovely bathroom and great shower. Bed was really comfortable also 👍 9/10."
