"Alan met us at the property and showed us around. We even received an upgrade to deluxe cabin because it just happened to be available for our stay!! Fridge was stocked with a few cokes, beers, and wine complimentary. Kinda like they buy your first cocktail. The place is brand new unit as a rental. Well-appointed with new appliances, a/c units in each room, steps from the beach, amazingly cool shower with multiplesprayer heads. The road was a little bumpy but normal for this island. "Private swim pool carved out of beach coral rock with ocean flowing through. Unbelievably cool!!!! Extremely private. Beach barista makes best mango daiquiri in world- yummy. Walking distance from airport if lightly loaded. Prices high for everything. Come loaded and have a good time. "

"We had a great time the rustic quaint huts just steps from the beach this is a quiet respite. I would rate this as excellent but i think i may not have enough of the ‘island’ time. No one is in a hurry and a couple of times the restaurant service was slow or inattentive. The food however was great!!!! And Justin who had to come back to the resort at 8:30 pm to let us in (Bahama Air strikes again) when we were a late arrival was fantastic. "

"This property should not be receiving guests. The water taxi driver was a rock star and the young lady working the front desk was helpful, but the toilet didn't work and the plumber assigned to fix it was intoxicated beyond belief. I physically removed him from my cabana. My wife had 100-200 bed bug bites after the second night. Don't stay here, this plus sucks. My wife and I cut an 8-day vacation to 3 because of what we experienced at P&P."
