The Greg Norman golf course which had been advertised was unfortunately closed!!! Will reopen when owners of neighbouring Sandals hotel will have renovated property, a few years down the road? Only weakness is Palapa (main) restaurant, with limited menu and insufficient choices for breakfast, including tiny choice of fruit, yoghurt and...

"When a tour is booked there should always be a room number or a number provided for communication. There is no service between 8pm to 8am so there should not be anything booked between those times if there is no one to reach out to you in your room in case of miscommunication. "

"First, I do not recommend the partial ocean view rooms. They overlook the busy, noisy street and ours overlooked the dumpster. Ocean view was very minimal. We were unable to use the Beach 360 club on a few of the days because the hotel was catering to the cruise line passengers. Everything was very expensive. I received an email several days prior to leaving offering an upgrade. Upon arrival, the staff had no indication of this and stated there were no upgrades. I asked again the next morning...
