"We had a very nice stay at this Villa. It's just as advertised, well maintained, clean and easy access to the beach. The beach is worth the trip! Absolutely gorgeous!We had a problem withvthe golf cart, but by calling Maria, we had a new one cery promptly! I would highly recommend this condo. The only negative is, the living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable. But that would not keep me from returning. "

"We had a great stay at Villa Marjorie. The location of the home is wonderful for exploring both Great Exuma and Little Exuma. Not to mention having a beach right out the back door and a huge back porch to relax on when you are ready for some shade. "This property was located just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches! We have been to the Abacos before, but this was our first time to Treasure Cay. Ivan, the host, was fast with communication and helped us with all questions. He even helped to coordinate transportation to the Green Turtle Ferry one day. Our kids loved the beach, and spent many hours in the pool as well. There was more than enough space for our family of 4, the second bathroom being a great bonus. Would definitely stay...

"3/20-3/30/2025. Beachside Escape is steps away from one on the most beautiful beaches in the world. Combine that with a very comfortable. well-appointed and equipped villa, with helpful, on-site staff, and you have a real winner. We've been to TC 5 times, and to Beachside Escape twice. Yes, there was a hurricane a few years ago, but much has been rebuilt, all for the better. We highly recommend this villa, with all the niceties of home, and a very responsive host."

"Upon arrival we were given the wrong unit number & code after hauling 4 people's luggage upstairs to an occupied unit. Around this time the owner sent us the correct unit & code. When we arrived at condo we didn't have electricity or water until 9pm that night. Someone said it was due to the fires on the island but we learned this is a reoccurring event. We were without power power periodically for 4 days out of 7 and water outages for parts of 2 days. When we reported this to the owner he said...

"Best snorkeling beach in Exuma is at this resort (Elizabeth Harbour) and most beautiful beach just a 5 min walk (Jolly Hall). Villa had perfect views, private porch, cozy yet spacious layout, comfy bed, cute beachy decor, centrally located, beach chairs and floats, owners were immediate with responses to questions and great advice on excursions, housekeeper became our friend - even ate dinner with us one night!
