"It was convenient for a 1 night stay but I was unhappy with the fact that parking is advertised but when your info comes through there is only LIMITED parking available! When I requested to book in advance that was not possible! I feel the original information about the hotel should highlight the fact there are only limited spaces "

"The food in the restaurant is superb, the service prompt, friendly and efficient and the rooms comfortable. The hotel is well maintained given the footfall (number of people they can accommodate and the years they have been in business..... Other hotels have something to learn from the Webbington!). Of particular note is the massage I got from Eloise in the Wellbeing Spa. This was the best I have had for years and I have had a lot of massages so recognise an exceptionally skilled masseuse....

"Information book in room would help. Wonderfull staff always a smile. The grand atlantic does need a refurb, but the market it is aiming at would not pay the extra it would cost. It is wonderfull building and needs looking after, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend the resturant for dinner, breakfast was also fantastic."

"Great breakfast and bar service, There was a flashing light on fire alarm in the ceiling above the bed, this could do with changing. The moving wrap around advert in the bar and restaurant isn’t nice at all and ruins the environment. The staff were lovely and it wasn’t clear that the parking would be an additional cost. "
