"Was a lovely enjoyable stay , place was spacious more than adequate and clean . The only disappointment we had was the very strong smell of smoke and weed in the corridors outside level two . The location of the apartments was superb and definitely be booking very soon Thankyou for a lovely stay "

"My partner had a good stay in that were close to the city and had all the facilities that we needed. The downside was that we had paid for a permit to park in the car park. However, we were not given the permit on arrival. We called and were told someone would be in touch and drop it off the following day. No one was in touch. It wasn’t nice worrying whether we were going to get a parking ticket during our two day stay. Luckily this wasn’t the case. "

Upon arriving with my family, I was astonished that this property is listed, especially given the condition of the surrounding area. Written instructions for the cooker & tv.(had a lot of problems with t.v. getting the right channels & ended up with just ITV & somebody elses email address.) 2. In the bathroom a toilet roll holder & small shelf in shower would help. Also coat hook for dressing gown etc. 3. A drainer for the dishes would be good & a chopping board. Jay was really helpful & gave us good tips for places to visit. "

"The flat itself is very nice. Views over the bay and across to Wales unparalleled. Lots of little extras provided. Beds were comfy. Shower good. Kitchen had everything we needed. This was our second booking, won't be our last. The Marine Lake is just down the hill, as is the Captains Cabin, well worth a visit.We had several issues while we were there, none of which was the owners fault. Eg we got stuck in the lift. "We stayed for 3 nights at this property. The suite is a massive first floor space encompassing a bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom in an open plan. About three times the size of a hotel room for a similar price. The only issue we had was the toaster set off the smoke alarm on one occasion as did the kettle one time. We would easily book this again. We have previously stayed at an AQ property next door which was not as good."

"Comfortable beds and good showers. Great location just off Queen St. Easy walking distance to many great restaurants and bars and the shopping centres. Parking available very close to the hotel with a very good discount for guests. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast with good and frienedly service."

"We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and had a wonderful stay here - we're looking forward to coming back! The rooms were clean, well supplied and spacious, the staff are all incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. I was very impressed at how efficiently the hotel is run. By booking through Expedia we had breakfast included which I highly recommend - good food and sets you up for the day. Thank you so much for having us!"
