"Everything was poor. For Japanese standar I felt like staff was tired or not happy doing their job. Checking time was 4 P.M. while in other hotels was 3 P.M. I arrived at 3:10 and they did not let me in. A lady was going to give the key but a young man told her that was not the time for checking in. I saw other people registering before 4 and letting them in, so I felt disappointed. The room was very small."

"A boutique hotel with excellent service and yummy meals. The staff are friendly and helpful, glad to stay in this hotel. Yet, strongly suggest transportation service from JR station as it’s a bit far and difficult to walk to the hotel with heavy suitcases in winter time."

"Location is near the train station and walkable. Staff is nice and friendly and the dinner and breakfast include is amazing. The baths are fully private and you have to wait your turn if they are occupied but you can check the status from a webpage. "
