"This is one of the best experiences I had. I enjoyed the authentic Japanese hospitality. I was greeted and escorted to the lobby. The staff led me to my room showing me all the facilities. The room is spacious and impeccably clean. The area is serene, and the Beppu Park is right next to the Hotel, which I enjoyed in a morning walk."

"The view from the room was very nice, the room itself was very clean and quiet so I was able to have a peaceful and relaxing stay, though it would have been nice if it were a little more well lit, but overall very satisfactory.
