"The check-in process was very smooth from the moment we were greeted as our car pulled into the property. We were able to do some pre-check in as we arrived in the morning and allowed to park our cars there as we explored the town and shops. Upon check-in we were provided small gifts (including beautiful small drawstring bags for all the ladies). "We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while exploring Beppu and the surrounding areas. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff spoke excellent English which made check in and asking for help easy. The hotel is located right by the train station and there is ample car parking if you are renting a car. We had a very comfortable stay and would stay again. "

"We stayed two nights but found that there were a lot of tour groups/ busses there so it got a little crowded on the 3rd floor onsen floor and elevators took some time. Older facility but staff are great and attentive. Parking next door is very convenient as well"
