One would expect a discount for this issue when we had two family rooms but ….. this lack of servicing is happening more frequently now at many establishments, and it should be published and not dropped on you as you book in. "I had a private room. It was very quiet, had a fan and lovely view. Location is close to the beach and park with a quick walk to city centre. It’s a grand old building with lots of charm and very comfy bed. Dream sleep. Bathrooms clean."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom loft cottage. It was lovely and spacious, comfy beds (although I would suggest bringing own pillow). The garden's were lovely and nice pools. The tv in our cottage was in a strange position, ie not in front of the lounges which was a bit frustrating to watch. The restaurant was also being renovated during our stay so no-where to eat but there was a range of courtesy buses available to pubs etc. But all up nice place to stay. "
