"The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly ."

We chose this hotel mainly for the gym, which turned out to be very small and not well-maintained. "Normandy is in the heart of centro. It's convenience is good. The property is a bit dated but the attention of staff made the stay well deserved. Front Desk was exceptional. Restaurant, housekeeping and room service was excellent. In the night its location can feel a bit deserted but is generally safe. I enjoyed my stay."

"Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The only issue was how thin the walls are in the bathrooms. We could hear everything from the people in the next room. Not sure what could be done to correct this issue. Overall a beautiful hotel."
