Dayrell Hotel is an older property located near Santuário São José church in the center of Belo Horizonte. It is well kept and well managed. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very nice and helpful. We enjoyed walking and exploring the area around the hotel during the day time. Good value for money!

The check is slow takes long to complete , the system seems to be out of date. The bathroom faucet, pipes are too old , the water doesn’t flow well . The bide cover is damaged . The internet signal is very poor .

I traveled from America to visit my girlfriend in Brazil and every time we came back to the hotel, she was immediately stopped at the the elevator and treated as if she had some type of disease. She was told that I wasn't allowed to have visitors in my room which is weird because I am a 54 year old man and a paying customer. I checked out of my room early the next day . 4 days remaining on my stay and I was never offered my money back or any type of reimbursement. Very shady experience. I've traveled many places but never have been told I couldn't have visitors in my room. And they kept my money !! Don't come to this place!! They treat you as if you're in a concentration camp !

Hotel confortável.
Estadia agradável, hotel bem localuzado, apartamento amplo, limpo e bem mobiliado. O saguão de entrada tem vários ambientes e oferece conforto aos hóspedes. O estacionamento pago fica em prédio anexo e o acesso é por elevador. O café da manhã é bem servido, mas nada excepcional. No apartamento em que me hospedei a TV de LED estava com defeito na imagem, com uma faixa escurecida.
