Dayrell Hotel is an older property located near Santuário São José church in the center of Belo Horizonte. It is well kept and well managed. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very nice and helpful. We enjoyed walking and exploring the area around the hotel during the day time. Good value for money!

The check is slow takes long to complete , the system seems to be out of date. The bathroom faucet, pipes are too old , the water doesn’t flow well . The bide cover is damaged . The internet signal is very poor .

I traveled from America to visit my girlfriend in Brazil and every time we came back to the hotel, she was immediately stopped at the the elevator and treated as if she had some type of disease. She was told that I wasn't allowed to have visitors in my room which is weird because I am a 54 year old man and a paying customer. I checked out of my room early the next day . 4 days remaining on my stay and I was never offered my money back or any type of reimbursement. Very shady experience. I've traveled many places but never have been told I couldn't have visitors in my room. And they kept my money !! Don't come to this place!! They treat you as if you're in a concentration camp !

Hotel vale o custo beneficio,estadia barata,perto de tudo.Destaque para o atendimento. Funcionários educados gentis,prestativos.Hotel antigo, moveis desgastados mas como só dormirmos e passavamos o tempo todo fora valeu o custo. Café da manhã bom.Unica reclamação é que no check-out havia uma despesa de restaurante que eu não fiz.Sugiro que ou cobrem na hora do pedido ou peguem assinatura na comanda e identifiquem o hóspede pelo documento pois fica facil dizer que é quarto tal e outro hóspede ter que pagar.No mais só elogios ao mineiro. Povo maravilhoso.

Hotel Maravilhoso e funcionários mega competentes.

Adorei o conforto os funcionários super educados e prestativos. A funcionária Thais maravilhosa uma pena que quando fui embora nao pude me despedir. Agora nao da para descansar a acústica do hotel e terrível ouvia ate quando a pessoa ia ao banheiro. Esse pra mim foi o ponto baixo, haja visto que me hospedei por uma semana, voltei mais cansada.

O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom. A limpeza também é boa. Mas o prédio é antigo, então quase tudo é muito antigo. A piscina é pequena e sem aquecimento, o dia estava nublado e por isso não conseguimos usá-la.

No geral é bom. Os funcionários são bem educados e atenciosos. O quarto é limpo. Mas...faltam tomadas próximas da cama. Se ligar a o abajour, vc não carrega celular (isto é uma reclamação!). Não sei se todos os quartos, mas no que fiquei os móveis eram bem antigos, no banheiro tinha bidê, bem retrô (não é feio, não é reclamação é só uma observação) me senti na decada de setenta...rsrsrsrs... O colchão é bom para quem nào tem problema de coluna, o da cama casal simplesmente afundava, por isso não cosegui dormir. Como de noite nao tem como trocar o colchão, pedi uns cobertores para colocar no chão e conseguir dormir. Oriento a empresa a comprar colchões firmes para os hóspedes. O café da manhã é bom.
