"We had a comfortable overnight stay in Belo Horizonte, thanks to São Bento Hotel. It is situated within walking distance to the bus terminal, and both the old and new markets. The hotel has several security cameras. The room, while on the smaller side, is neat and tidy. It has a closet with safety deposit box and enough surfaces to put things on. "The staff is wonderful and some of the best in person customer service you will see in Brazilian hospitality. The food is great as well activities for kids. Pool service is fast and efficient. But rooms need upgrading and towels are super thin. "

"It was a surprise to have such a nice hotel 5’ away from the airport with a fantastic breakfast beginning at 3:30 am . The free shuttle was perfect. It goes 24 hours every 30 minutes to the Airport. Paulo at the reception was excellent . Congrats!"

"O quarto que eu fechei pelo hotéis.com era totalmente diferente do que a recepção do hotel queria que eu ficasse. Reclamei com a gerente e ela trocou meu quarto. Me senti desmerecida. No sábado a noite já colocaram um papel embaixo da porta do quarto informando o horário do checkout, parecia que estavam me expulsando. Achei o hotel bom, mas a hospitalidade muito ruim.
