péssima experiência
Hotel é muito bom, entretanto não fui bem atendida, visto que precisei fazer o check-in mais cedo pois estava operada, e mesmo tendo avisado antecipadamente dessa necessidade e pedido permissão ao hotel, não me receberam e fiquei rodando pela cidade em busca de outro hotel, muito debilitada e sobre efeito de medicamentos. foi uma experiência terrível que o Hotel poderia ter evitado mas não se importou. Acho que a funcionária na ocasião não estava apta para resolver esse tipo de questão da empresa tbm.
