We arrived at the hotel early and attempted to check in, but the receptionist didn’t seem very willing to assist us. We chose this hotel mainly for the gym, which turned out to be very small and not well-maintained. On the bright side, the room had a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is conveniently close to everything

They couldn’t give us the crib neither the hairdryer that said they had available. On our checkin, they didn’t have hand towels and bathroom floor mat. We slept there 3 nights and they didn’t make it available for us.

Problemas de manutenção

Hotel sem flexibilidade para antecipar horário de checkin, mesmo que por uma hora. Primeiro problema de manutenção foi com a fechadura que acabou a bateria. Só reparam no segundo dia. Ar condicionado parou de funcionar, reclamei, mas não resolveram o problema. Só me trocaram de apartamento porque desci na recepção com a mala pronta para mudar de quarto, pois ficaram me enrolando pelo telefone.
