The hotel very Good, but charge for parking not good and when I enter the room not clean , but the lady on the frondesck changing the room for me. Room service nice e Breakfast ! I recomend.

A cama são duas camas de solteiro juntas, não gostei não é confortável. No anúncio falava que tinha vista para o lago, não teve . No anúncio fala que tem estacionamento e não menciona que paga a parte, no checkin tive que pagar 25,00 de estacionamento que fica no próprio hotel, mexendo na parte de descrição na última página fala que o valor do estacionamento é de 20,00 sendo que não vi quando selecionei no app pra fechar não estava explícito, mesmo assim cobrou 5,00 a mais do que estava no app. Não tinha os canais a cabo como foi informado, e o quarto não era tão grande, pedi o quarto superior . Os pontos positivos são a ducha que é muito boa e o café da manhã . Os funcionários da manhã são muito mais simpáticos que o da noite . Consegui tomar café com a minha Pet do lado de fora do restaurante .

A estrutura do hotel é como descrita nas fotos. Só é ruim a tampa do vaso do banheiro que se encontra rachada, quebrada, e também não é acochoada. Eles deixam alguns alimentos disponíveis no quarto e no frigobar. Mas não avisam que é pago por fora, nem se encontra descrito no cardápio. Então, o cliente acha que é uma “cortesia”. Gostei da estadia, voltaria!

O hotel tem tudo para ser perfeito! Em frente a lagoa da pampulha, mas eles pecam em algumas coisas, como a cama que faz um barulho horrívek e é pequena para um casal, o café da manhã é razoável,mas poderiam melhorar, as colchas de cobrir são ásperas, e cobram o estacionamento e isso não foi avisado.
