fiquei em um quarto com muito mofo banheiro com a pia vazando a tv so funcionava canal religioso muito, depois fui transferida para outro quarta que estava com uma lâmpada que funcionava com muito cheiro de cigarro,sendo que tinha avisando que Não era fumante e tinha alegria a cigarro 🚬 fui transferida para outro quarto que era melhor um pouco, so que devido a localização do mesmo seria bom que a administração olhem com mais cuidado para o serviço que esta oferecendo.

Precisam ser mais rápido para resolver as coisas para o cliente,demoraram muito para me trocar de quarto,o chuveiro parou de funcionar mandaram 3 pessoas que olhararam a mesma coisa no chuveiro não teve como resolver,me disseram que a gerente ia subir pra conversar comigo porque não era o caso de trocar de quarto a mesma não apareceu ,tive que descer as escadas pois o elevador estava com defeito pra pedir uma posição, depois de muito esperar me trocaram de quarto,tenho problema de circulação foi muito cansativo essa situação.

O que mais me incomodou foi a funcionária da copa. Ela ficava falando o tempo todo ao celular. Ela estava tentando arrumar funcionários para fazer a limpeza do hotel. Enquanto falava, manuseava os alimentos, sem máscara.

Instalações péssimas e obsoletas do hotel Metrópol
Hotel muito velho a construção, todos os hotéis no Brasil que fiquei até hoje limpavam o quarto todo dia, este apenas um dia porque tive que solicitar. A tv estava queimada, lençóis furado, elevador não funciona há tempos pelo jeito, internet parou de funcionar no terceiro dia, as instalações são muito antigas e ultrapassadas, pelo jeito o dono não está nem ai para os clientes. Os recepcionistas são bons, café bom e atendimento bom. O problema está no hotel
