"1st impression, the hotel was a bit dated on the outside. Loads of spaces for parking. Just remember to validate your vehicle reg on the tablet in reception.Check in was easy, staff polite and pleasant. The place was busy.Plenty of space in the bar/reception area. Room was ok. We were put in a room overlooking the road. Double glazed windows didn't close properly. You could hear traffic outside and people talking as they walked past. "It’s our 2nd stay here (my daughter’s studying at Keele Uni). We were greeted with a smile and check-in was efficient. On this trip we brought our family pet (Cockapoo) and at check-in Jonathan was excellent in making sure our needs were met - including setting up a table (away from the main restaurant- but still in a nice spot) for us to enjoy dinner. The temperature outside is currently -3, but the hotel is warm and snug. I love this hotel for its cleanliness, nice staff and lovely rooms....
