"Location was superb right outside the Hanabatacho station. Across the street from the Kumamoto Castle and in a huge shopping district. Staff were great the only negatives were the desk chair was heavily stained along with the bed pillows needed replacing. With a little upkeep we would of given this hotel 5 stars."

"Check-in was a little confusing as I had just wanted to leave my bag at the concierge before returning later for check-in at 3 pm, but the reception staff didn't seem to understand. Before I knew what was happening, they checked me in early (around 12 noon).
