"It provides a good Japanese hospitality as usual. The buffet breakfast and dinner are good (we shouldn't book them for both nights as we were just too full after the first night). The hotel could invest in renewing some of its facility but it was still a pleasant stay. My only complaint is that the breakfast finishes at 9am which is far too early for European guests."

There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification. "Very special property that we loved. We stayed in January and esp loved the onsen and subfloor heating. Check in was easy enough because there was the option of online pre-registration. The road to the house was windy but not too bad - note that the GPS in the rental car may not show you the way. We used Google maps and got there without difficulty. We were thankful to have a 4WD and snow tires, because there was ice on parts of the road. Highly recommend the place!"
