"This is our fourth time at the Wyndham Tamarindo. I understand it is under new management, and although the setting is wonderful and the pool and the beach club are great, some of the services have deteriorated. The bus service to town and the beach is now every hour instead of every half hour. Sometimes, there are more people than seats, and individuals have to wait for 20 minutes for the bus to return for a pickup, or people are sitting in the aisles or sitting too many to a seat. "Excellent views, food options are lacking as only one basic buffet for all meals and very limited choices. It could be so much more with the fantastic views. Our unit was a good size but was located far away from main pool and restaurant which is not what I expected, it was infested with ants and cockroaches. We had ants in our king bed!!! Service was great when we told them and came out right away to spray unit but never should have happened in first place. "
