"This is a reasonably priced hotel with a very reasonable walk to town - as long as you don’t mind the hill to get back to it (though let’s face it- the whole of Queenstown is hills). The bathroom was clean and functional but the light/fan very loud so you wouldn’t want to turn on the light in the middle of the night. Had a fridge, tea/coffee and very helpful staff who were able to let us check in early. Just boring that noise really carries in the hallways so hope you have quiet guests around...

"The location and view are great, it's a bit challenging on the way up if you're walking. The problem was carrying the luggage up the stairs to get to the bedroom but overall it's a nice place to stay. Breakfast options are good, the staff is friendly, specially Candela she was very nice and helped us a lot. I didn't use any of the skii equipment rental so I can't comment on that. The room was nice and clean, the heating worked fantastic and very much needed for the cold weather."
