"Warm welcome by staff, the room had a view over the lake, good choice for breakfast, we attended the free wine tasting with some nibbles early 1 evening that helped us meet other guests. Steep walk down to Queenstown centre, there was some street noise on the Saturday night as people come to stay for the weekend."

"Property and furnishings are a little dated and surroundings on property a bit untidy. However the service was very good. Location is good, had some awesome views of lake and mountains. Felt about right for what we paid. "

"It was fabulous - extremely well equipped kitchen, private, quiet. The cottage had many extras that you usually do not find in a rental property. Has private yard, BBQ, jacuzzi tub, oven, full size frig, Nespresso, everything we wanted and more. Hosts are very nice and extremely helpful and accommodating. Excellent stay in everyway."

"We loved our stay here. The only negatives was the bed was not to our liking ( it was a little hard compared to what we like) and the toilet was a little difficult to use (too close to one wall). Having said that, we can’t fault the service or the breakfast, the hosts are 1st class! And not having a tv meant we got to talk to people for a change!"
