"The hotel was ok for the money and in a great location, we were happily tucked up in bed and had been for a while but we got a phone call from reception asking us to keep the noise down which was disappointing but other than than it was pretty good "

"Although the hotel was dog friendly,and brilliant. the area around was not, we went to go for a meal in the pub next to hotel. No dogs allowed other eateries the same. Which was not handy."

"I have stayed in this hotel many times. The staff are great and friendly. Breakfast is great. The Rooms are good; it's just the stairs that prevents a 5* (All Round) Rating. They are steep. Location wise it is perfect for me and even 4 decent Takeaways/Restaurant's within 5 minutes walk."

"Fabulous team, great location for drinks and a meal as so many options on Osborn Road. Thanks for accommodating us with a late breakfast after parkrun. Staff couldn’t have been anymore friendlier and welcoming. Indian Restaurant is amazing. Would highly recommend."
