"If I had read my emails before arrival I wouldā€™ve found out about the parking being over the road but even so, staff at reception gave me all the information I needed and allocated a permit for us. Everywhere was so clean and neat and the reception staff were so helpful and engaging, giving us some local information and also discussing driving routes etc. room was beautiful- lovely deep bath, iron and board, hairdryer all good quality. Only issue we had was the heating, we couldnā€™t turn it...

"I had a single room which was a good size, comfortable and furnished with an armchair, desk, chest of drawers and a wardrobe, which is more than you get in a good many hotels. There was also a good sized and well equipped shower room. My only criticism is their choice of coffee, which could be improved considerably. All the parts of the hotel that I visited were scrupulously clean and there was a friendly and efficient team on hand 24/7."
