"It is an older era quaint property and if you can accept that you will enjoy! Our family played at the pool table one night and had so much fun! It has beautiful private grounds, helpful staff and had a gorgeous view of the volcano from our room. Definitely need a 4x4 car to traverse the steep windy driveway in (there are signs that say “halfway there, trust” lol) but worth it as so private but so close to Fortuna!"

"Staff are very friendly, they were above and beyond...I had a zoom meeting and was stress out were to take this call and manager and staff accommodated me in one of their offices so I could take the call. Rooms are spacious and you will see a beautiful garden around every single room. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. "

"The woman at the front desk who checked us in and helped us make a reservation in the restaurant was so gracious and helpful that she alone deserves five stars! All staff were great, and treated us with kindness and helpfulness. Upon arrival, we were greeted with ice cold lemonade, which was much appreciated after a long day in the warm weather. My wife & I enjoyed the location (nice & quiet) away from the noise of downtown. Would certainly go back to this facility."
