"Wonderful place!!! Beautiful Volcano views and grounds are so colorful and immaculate!! Great service. Buffet breakfast was amazing and included. Loved restaurant, every dish was delicious. Didnt even bother wandering out of resort to each. VERY REASONABLE prices on food and drinks! Try a Monkey Business drink!!! Only $6"

"Our room had an amazing view of Arenal and was very large and comfortable for our family of 4. The warm pool and swim up bar was awesome. The hotel is a bit far from town, so be prepared to drive into town in the evenings for dinner. "

When checking in, I wandered over to the concierge desk jokingly stating that “I wanted to see a sloth” The young lady suggested that they were most active in the morning by the main pool. Shortly after checking into our room I received a call from the same lady saying they know where there is one and offered to pick us up in the room and take us there. They did just that.
