"When we arrived we were upgraded to a rooftop suite with hot tub, the room was absolutely fabulous, we were shown around all the facilities and then left to enjoy our stay, all the staff were very attentive nothing was to much, very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend this hotel! Breakfast was amazing, we did venture into the spa not that we needed to as we had a hot tub but the clientele was not the best bit rowdy for our liking! The Pub was welcoming, food was fantastic all in all a great stay in a beautiful part of the country, will definitely be returning. "

"Really enjoy staying at Holiday Inn across the world. They are simply comfortable and always have a good atmosphere. I come out feeling content and happy! There were a few issues with the room I was in. The aircon didn’t work. There was a bathroom hook missing to hang the towel. But that was really it and didn’t make any difference to the quality of service provided and the great breakfast they had! Thank you. "

Expedia sold us a room that was unsuitable, said sleeps 3 and it definitely didn’t sleep 3, Jenna couldn’t have been more helpful and offered us a superior family room for really cheap! The room was lovely. Breakfast was great! We loved our stay at the imperial and will definitely be back! "
