"Nice clean modern hotel, great bed with a firm mattress which we like, the room was spacious. It was very quiet in the surrounding area. The breakfast had many options of cold cut meats and cheeses, several choices of breads, eggs and bacon cereals and yogurt and fruit. "The apartment itself was excellent and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review across the board is that if you are a light sleeper, and you are there on the weekend, there are a couple after-hours night clubs (from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM) that are very loud when the crowd leaves. "The best location in Ponta Delgada with the famous Mercado Market right in front of you and the shops and restaurants all nearby just a few minutes walkikg distance. Its also very quiet for sleeping even though you are right in the centre on a main road. The rooms are large and very comfortable beds and good dining area. The kitchen though is really small and it was good nobody else was using it when I had to cook my meals. Not enough room in the kitchen and little disorganized "
