"Overall the house is nice and clean. We had noticed that it becomes wet, like really wet. The moisture/ water come up though the walls and floors. The house furniture, bedding all was moist. To be fair it did rained for 4 days. The house does have washer for clothes but no dryer. All our clothes end up being wet and stinky as there was no way to get it dry. The house it’s self is very nice and close to all major attractions."

"Nicely appointed home just outside of Ponta Delgada. Clean, and spacious with beautiful gardens. We were 2 couples on our first visit to Sao Miguel and the proximity to the airport and city gave us the perfect "home base" while traveling the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. Would highly recommend for both couples traveling and families."

"The apartment was lovely and the website should have included the terrace which one can sit and enjoy the fabulous view. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning especially as it was so hot and humid. Altogether a fabulous experience and there were two restaurants within walking distance. "
