"We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. "

"This apartment was exactly as pictured and represented. It's located in a quiet area - Ponto Formoso - a short 20-25 minute drive from the airport and 5-10 minutes from the bigger town of Ribiera Grande. The view from the apartment is the best. "We really enjoyed our stay, and the view of the apartment and the host was super helpful and responsive with several questions we had along the way. The only reason for a 4 rating was the floor wasn't super clean (the rest was) and it was a particularly hot week late July/early August and we found the apartment very hot and hard to cool down, even with fans.
