"Not very soundproof"

Everything from the check-in to the concierge to all the little touches were spot on and when I return to Ponta Delgada I will definitely stay here again. The only thing I can think of which wasn't perfect was the food we had in the bar, which was pretty average but again the service and the setting made up for it. "
